Description

From the author of Crumbs, comes a heartfelt, funny, and unmissable graphic novel about fandom, friendship, and the adventure of chasing what matters most, perfect for fans of The Girl from the Sea and Pumpkinheads.

Jules and Ness have always had Trove. The blockbuster fantasy book series brought them together, fueled their epic sleepovers, and made them inseparable. But everything changes when Jules reveals she’s moving away, and the Trove Sleepover Club will officially be over.

As if that weren’t devastating enough, the girls learn that the series’ author is retiring without finishing the long-awaited seventh and final book. Jules is ready to let go, but Ness refuses to give up hope. When a mysterious message hints at the existence of the missing manuscript, Ness convinces Jules to join her on one last adventure: a trip to FabuCon, the ultimate Trove fan convention.

There, among cosplayers, panel lines, and screaming superfans, the girls must prove themselves true fans. Along the way, Jules and Ness discover that the real challenge isn’t just saving their favorite series, it’s figuring out whether their friendship can survive the changes ahead.

With humor, heart, and an irresistible love of fandom, Danie Stirling’s Trove is a story about holding on, letting go, and the stories that bring us together.
